  This include

• Three day world-class mentor training package which will include world class mentoring training while exploring the use of mentoring as a leadership tool, an introduction to the CK Prahalad business model for engaging the poorer parts of the world, business analytics and cross cultural training
• A five day visit to the mentee’s country. Mentors will establish a personal relationship with their mentees in their mentee’s environment. During this time mentors will complete joint training with mentees and will fully understand the individual business they are supporting, as well as the local conditions, cultures and regulatory issues
