Mayss Al Zoubi is the founder of HR Magna, a consultancy providing human resources services to all sectors throughout the Middle East region. The company's aim is to become HR strategic partner for all HR Professionals in the region.

As well as running the business, Mayss is currently studing towards her MSc Human Resources Management degree. 

She is also passionate about social work and volunteerism, and helping people seek their potentials. She has designed and delivered many projects for Junior Chamber International.
