Fatima set up her HR business HR2o in 2008.  The focus of the business is:

·    Organisational evaluation
·    Performance Management Systems
·    Personal assessment tools eg MBTI
·    Intrepreneurship
·    Talent Management
·    Educational tools for the development of young people

She is passionate about developing the educational side since this is where she believes she can make a real impact in Jordan.  However she needs to build the commercial side.  Her business plan is targeted at the SME level and she wants to establish a good reputation as a leading HR provider.  Her challenges this year are marketing and moving into offices as well as finding the right balance as a mother of young children.  She has one full time partner, Ismael Mouradi, who works closely with her on a day to day basis.
She welcomes the opportunity of working with a mentor to guide her through the step by step process of developing her business and to provide technical and personal support.
