A consistent theme of Anita’s career has been supporting people to be the best they can be. As a human resource professional, she has mentored, guided and advised people as they progress through the corporate world. Additionally, as a volunteer with the charity The Samaritans, Anita has supported individuals through the most difficult times. She believes mutual respect and trust are essential in supporting someone to achieve their best.

With over 20 years as an HR professional of which 8 were at Board level, and an entrepreneurial spirit, as born by her starting up three independent business, Anita combines a strong business acumen with first-hand experience of life as an entrepreneur. With a MA in HR Management from Westminster University, a Coaching Certificate from Henley Management College and as a chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development, Anita has a wealth of practical and technical knowledge which enables her to support people in their own personal development.

In 2006 Anita co-founded Andrum Ltd, a consulting firm where she and her partners support businesses and individuals in all three sectors, helping them to grow and prosper, often providing coaching and mentoring support to leaders of the businesses.

As one of the first mentors in 2009, Anita has completed a year mentoring Mohammed in Jordan, and now mentors Ramzi in Lebanon.

Anita lives in the Oxfordshire countryside with her partner, Derek, where she loves walking and enjoying the outdoors. She has travelled all over the world and has a passion for excellent design.
