Anji is an experienced learning and development specialist and a passionate advocate of transformational learning for her clients and their businesses. As an experienced, accredited business mentor and coach she has found that it is these particular skills that are the most successful in facilitating personal and business change.

Her own career has spanned both business and higher education including two business schools where she designed and delivered learning programmes for practising managers.

Anji holds a MA in HRD, a B.Ed and the credential Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development.

Her initial managerial experience was gained in the tour operating sector where held international operational roles recruiting and developing100+ staff and maximising profits across 20 resorts in the Mediterranean by the age of 27 years. She then created a career path for the industry by invitation which is still used today by ABTA and the City & Guilds Institute.

Anji chose to become self employed as a training & development consultant in her early thirties to broaden her experience in business. This was a successful transition and Anji expanded beyond travel into retail and financial services, running bespoke programmes, as part of a team or solo, which were focused on improving the personal effectiveness and change handling capability of individuals and thus their organisations.

Since becoming a wife and mother of two daughters – now 19 and 15 years - she has continued to focus on her enduring passion for helping others develop their professional aspirations whilst building her own capability. Since 1995 she has coached and mentored 300+ business managers, entrepreneurs and small business owners like herself on a 1:1 basis as well as earning appropriate recognised credentials to underpin her own professional development.

Aside from her business experience, Anji has worked as a volunteer for the Prince’s Trust in Sussex and trained as a business mentor. She has also worked as a volunteer mentor for South East Economic Development Agency in the UK and the Enterprise Agency assisting on a variety of schemes aimed at stimulating new business growth in the region. She is currently Trustee on the Board of West Sussex Mediation Services.
