Anne Kennedy has worked with owner managers and their teams since 1991, supporting them through growth and culture change. She has worked as a High Growth Coach for Pera since 2008 and was a finalist in the HighGrowth East Midlands Growth Enabler Professional Excellence Award 2009
During this time Anne has worked as a coach with seven Growth Ready/High Growth clients on a variety of projects, including the development of business strategy, new market development, strategic marketing and planning, improving customer service, leadership and management development. This has resulted in business growth for clients which included increased top line revenue and increased bottom line profitability. This has lead to the creation of additional jobs.
Her 20 years experience of listening and supporting managers and their teams has given her an excellent understanding of the challenges faced by owner managers. This and her own business experience, has helped her to develop a vast knowledge of organisational best practice, which she is keen to share and has given her a unique approach to the coaching support she is able to offer clients.
Anne’s experience of working with organisations in a wide range of sectors such as food, retail, civil engineering and many others has developed her understanding of businesses and ability to work with a wide variety of organisations.
With the wide range of knowledge and skills Anne has developed, she is frequently asked to take on projects which involve her in combining her facilitation, coaching, interviewing and assessment skills all within a specific project.
Throughout the last 20 years Anne has developed strong relationships with her clients and is regularly asked to return to offer additional support. Anne is always helpful, yet challenging, extremely perceptive, has the ability to quickly identify the challenges and develop a programme of support to meet the client needs. Her enthusiastic and encouraging approach has ensured many successful projects have been delivered on time.
She applied to become Mowgli mentor because see this as an opportunity to combine the work with the experience she has of different cultures to support others who have a desire to improve their knowledge and skills and develop their businesses. She also sees this as an opportunity for her to learn and develop her skills, knowledge and awareness of current global challenges. Seeing someone develop and grow gives Anne a sense of satisfaction and fits with her core values to put something back into the system.
