Having been in the business of people development, training and teambuilding for ten years, PJ is very able to understand client needs and create flexible solutions that will be team and business specific, giving valuable results. 

So what makes him different? According to clients, it’s the ability to engage with people, to build rapport and deliver on their needs, providing user-friendly tools, motivational and inspiring programmes that can deliver quantifiable ROI. 

Qualified in a number of tools and profiles, counselling and training programmes including MBTI, Belbin and Hypnosis, he is Member of Professional Speakers Organisation and has been quoted as ‘One of Europe’s top ten SDI Facilitators’. He is the creator of Outstanding Teamwork and Champion Behaviours workshops. In addition he was part of a world record powerboat team and is expecting to race in 2009/10 for a new team. 

PJ has created a local Charity (Reg UK 1129004) for young people, 12-16 years old, suffering social exclusion which is aimed at delivering added-value workshops through local schools.
